Meet Prashitha Deepak Kullachanda

Meet Prashitha Deepak Kullachanda, our Data Consultant at AYLA Solutions. Prashitha brings expertise in data engineering, automation, and cloud technologies. She has delivered solutions across data migration, Power BI reporting, Azure-based ETL pipelines, and REST API integrations. Skilled in Python, SQL, and Microsoft Azure, she is passionate about transforming complex data into actionable insights through scalable, efficient systems.

Aspirations and Goals

"My goal is to work in fields related to data engineering and machine learning while staying updated on emerging tools and technologies that will help me grow in this space. I also aim to foster a collaborative environment where the people I work with feel supported, open to new ideas, and encouraged to continuously learn and improve."

Prashitha has worked on several impactful projects during her time at AYLA. One of her early projects involved automating onboarding into Dynamo CRM for an investment management firm using Microsoft Azure services. She developed Python scripts to fetch data from First AML via REST APIs and then extracted text from the FATCA/CRS PDF files to ensure complete information was uploaded into the CRM application.

Significant Contributions

At Juniper, she contributed to the design of a dimensional data warehouse. She developed Power BI dashboards to improve analytics and reporting, supported by Azure Data Factory pipelines for robust data orchestration. Additionally, she led a data migration project from Procura CRM to a modern Microsoft Dynamics-based client management system. This included mapping complex data fields, transforming legacy data using SQL, and coordinating with stakeholders to support the implementation project.

Currently, she is working on an HCM transformation program as a data migration analyst. She is developing automated extraction processes from a legacy HR system into structured Excel outputs for validation and migration into the new HCM platform. This work improves data readiness and reduces manual effort.
